AMEE SEVERSON (she/they) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist whose work focuses on body positivity, fat acceptance, and intuitive eating through a social justice lens. Amee focuses on providing safe and inclusive care for the LGBTQ+ community. Amee identifies as queer and nonbinary. Amee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Montana State University, a Masters Degree in Professional Practice from Iowa State University is a dietitian registered in the State of Washington and is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Amee is the owner of Prosper Nutrition and Wellness in Bellingham, WA.

SUMNER BROOKS, MPH, RDN, CEDRD, is a parent and licensed registered dietitian nutritionist based in Oregon who has spent nearly 15 years working in the field of nutrition and eating disorders. Her experience includes providing nutrition therapy for adolescents and adults, public speaking, and pursuing advanced training in trauma-informed, weight-inclusive healthcare. She is also the founder of the online training platform Eating Disorder Registered Dietitians and Professionals (EDRD Pro).

Special guest appearance with: Virginia Sole-Smith, author of The Eating Instinct: Food Culture, Body Image and Guilt in America and the forthcoming Fat Kid Phobia. Her reporting on diet culture, health and parenting has appeared in the New York Times, Scientific American, and many other publications. She also writes the newsletter Burnt Toast.
